General questions
1. How do I enrol?
Link to Slideshow Once submitted, our coordinators will review and trigger a payment email to you within 3 working days. 2. Can I sign up mid-season? Yes you can. Your fees will be pro-rated. 3. What are players expected to wear for training? The EFA x New Balance kit, soccer boots (field)/trainers (hall) and shin guards. 4. What happens if it rains during the session? Training will continue, but we will move indoors if the field is flooded or lightning is detected in the area. 5. What happens if training is suspended? A make-up lesson will be organized, however it could be on a different day of the week. 6. What happens if training is cancelled? A credit or refund will be processed for any cancelled sessions in line with our refund policy. 7. What happens if my child cannot make it for the training session? Please update on Teamo if your child is not able to make it. There will not be any make-up lessons. 7. When should I arrive for training and matches? Arrive 15 minutes before training and 45 minutes before matches to register and warm up. 8. What if I would like to withdraw? Email [email protected]. You can only withdraw at the end of the season unless for a valid medical reason. Any refund will be based on our refund policy. ____________________________________________________________
Questions for Financial Assistance Scheme1. Who is eligible for the Financial Assistance Scheme Subsidy?
Talented Singaporeans selected by the Head Coach based on a criteria and are under the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme. We will require the confirmation letter that your child was successful in his/her application. You can request a copy of it from your local school. 2. Why do I have to pay a fee? To protect the integrity of the subsidized programme, you will still have to pay a subsidized fee. 3. Can my child play for another club? No. Your child can play for their school and Singapore age groups but not another club if they are under our Subsidized Programme. 4. What if my attendance drops below 80%? Your subsidy will be reviewed and may be terminated. You will be liable to pay the full balance. 5. I would like to withdraw, what should I do? Email [email protected] and you will be liable to pay the full balance for the season before you withdraw. |
